"Listen up! Information seems to stick in your brain best when you hear it, so it sounds like you're an auditory learner. A technique to try in class is to listen more and write less, or if your teacher will allow it, record the lessons. Then, when you sit down to study, you can either read your notes out loud or listen to the tapes to make sure you've got things down pat. "

I am not surprised by this result. A lot of people have told me that I am a learner that learns better listening and seeing stuff because then i can take the time to visualize what they are saying and it gives me a picture in my head. Usually in school, i do better being able to listen to something or to have something that is hands on. Like last year in Dr. K's class there was a lot of hands on stuff and i excelled because of that. If i were to be able to watch a movie or see someone act out a scene then i would be able to understand what has happened there. In high school, i think being able to actually see stuff and experience what i am trying to learn about would help. Things like field trips help me a lot if we are able to go and see where that thing happened or be able to see a reenactment of something.
